The IPL 2025 match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), which was originally scheduled for April 6 (Sunday), has been postponed to April 8 (Tuesday).
Reason for Rescheduling
The Indian Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) took this call upon a request from the Kolkata Police in view of the festivities in the city on April 6. The authorities informed that in view of the celebrations, they would not be able to divert adequate security personnel for the match.
