'Thalapathy 69' is the tentative name of an upcoming Indian Tamil-language political action thriller film.[3] This movie has been directed by H. Vinoth and produced by KVN Productions. In this movie, the main characters have been played by Vijay, Pooja Hegde, and Bobby Deol. The other actors of the movie include Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Narain, Priyamani, Mamitha Baiju, Monisha Blessy, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. This movie marks the end for Vijay, before he decides to join politics. It is a first Tamil film production for the studio.
Tentatively titled under the same banner as announced during September 2024, Thalapathy 69 is the official designation of this movie with Vijay who will play the lead for his 69th successive movie.
