The High Court of Telangana has ordered the non-arrest of former minister and Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Harish Rao, who should not be arrested until February 12. The order was passed by the High Court following an attempt by Harish Rao, who approached the court to quash the phone-tapping case registered against him at Panjagutta police station. The court extended its interim protection of arrest and scheduled the next hearing to February 12.
