
Ukraine Open to Land Swap with Russia, Conditional on Territorial Withdrawal
The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has declared that Ukraine is willing to do a land exchange with Russia, albeit on the condition of strict rules. Zelenskyy proclaimed that Ukraine would only hand the city of Kursk, which is currently under Ukrainian control, over to Russia only if Russia were to pull out of all of the occupied territories in Ukraine. When the interviewer wanted to know which territories Ukraine would recover, Zelenskyy stressed that each district is valuable, and decisions will be made after further talks.
Calls for US Mediation in Russia-Ukraine Talks
Zelenskyy asked former President of the United States of America (USA) Mr. Donald Trump to assist in the peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. The CEO insisted that the US participation could significantly increase the chances of the successful negotiations.
Ukraine Restructuring Agreements to Attract US Companies
Zelenskyy, a Ukrainian President, highlighted progressive reformation agreements which were the key instrument of America's winning. He listed off the considerable Ukrainian reserves of rare minerals, pointing to land the US might want to invest in and to jobs it could create within Ukraine.

Russia acquired Crimea in 2014 and then later reinforced control to regions like Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhia. However, Moscow has not taken over the areas to the full extent.
Trump’s Efforts to Mediate the Conflict
Donald Trump made the same claims that he could end the war between Russia and Ukraine on multiple occasions. Just recently, he proposed that Ukraine might eventually become part of Russia, which caused a stir. Trump's ambassador, Keith Kellogg, said that he would be visiting Kyiv, the city where the two warring countries arek, and he was the one tasked with mediation. As to the US Vice President, JD Vance is due to meet with Zelenskyy in Munich next week.
US Aid to Ukraine and Putin’s Communication with Trump
Trump revealed that he has spoken on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin sometime in the past. On this particular occasion, Putin showed a keen interest in the safety of the civilians living in the war zone. At the same time, Ukraine was in full cooperation to receive the $500 million US aid package. In exchange for the package, Ukraine demonstrated the readiness to meet the U.S. demand for rare minerals which are indispensable in a variety of industries.
