MP and veteran Bollywood actress Jaya Bachchan recently slammed the title of Akshay Kumar's film 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha'. While addressing a national media conference, she made her discontent clear, commenting that she hadn't seen the movie but didn't like its title.
Jaya Bachchan's Remarks on the Film Title
While speaking, Jaya Bachchan said, "What is the name? I don't like the title at all. Just have a look at it. I would never go to watch a movie with such a name. Is it even a genuine title?"
She then inquired of the audience whether they would like to watch movies with such titles. When few people put up their hands, she said, "Out of all the people here, only four want to see such films. That's really unfortunate. So, it's a flop film."
She also added that political parties are now making movies, terming 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' as a "propaganda film".
