'The Electric State' is a 2025 American science fiction adventure comedy drama film directed by Anthony and Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, loosely based on the 2018 illustrated novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag. The film features Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt, along with Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Giancarlo Esposito and Stanley Tucci.

A film adaptation of the graphic novel was announced in 2017, to be directed by Andy Muschietti. The Russo brothers were hired later to direct the film in December 2020. Universal Pictures later bought the distribution rights for the film before Netflix acquired the rights in June 2022. Most of the cast was announced between June 2022 and November 2024.

'The Electric State' world-premiered on 24 February 2025, at Grauman's Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles, California, and will have its release from Netflix on March 14, 2025.
