Rain forecast for Telugu states

A rain notice for the Telugu states has been issued by the Department of Meteorology. There is a risk of a cyclone, according to the IMD. The storm that developed in Bengal is predicted to intensify into a strong depression. It will then get stormy and start to rain.

The severe low pressure system that developed in the South East Bay of Bengal was revealed by IMD authorities to have strengthened into an air mass on Friday morning. Puducherry is 730 km away, Chennai is 740 km away, Nellore is 860 km away, Bapat is 930 km away, and Machilipatnam is 910 km away. The atmosphere, according to him, is concentrated far away. It is predicted to shift to the west-northwest, intensify into a powerful gale in the southwest Bay of Bengal today, and intensify into a storm by Sunday. Telugu states would get rain as a result of this influence.

Officials from the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre stated that Telangana will be affected by the storm as well. Owing to the storm's effects, Telangana may get significant rain on Sunday and Monday in various locations. There will be rain, thunder, and lightning in several regions on December 3–5. There's a probability of light rain after that.

According to him, the cyclone's effects would be more severe in AP. On Sunday and Monday, there will be light to moderate rainfall in several areas of the state and severe to very heavy rains in others. East Godavari, Kakinada, Alluri Sitaramaraj, West Godavari, Dr. BR Ambedkar Konaseema, Anakapalli, Nellore, Prakasam, Bapatla, Krishna, and Tirupati districts might see extremely heavy rainfall on Monday.
