Jio Provides Free AI Cloud Storage to Customers
Jio, the top telco operator, is providing users with 50 GB of cloud storage for free on certain prepaid and postpaid plans. It was announced last year at the Reliance AGM by Mukesh Ambani that 100 GB of free cloud storage will be provided. Under this promotion, Jio is now giving storage advantages on certain recharge plans.
Free Jio Cloud Storage Eligible Plans
Jio subscribers who recharge with ₹299 and above are entitled to 50 GB of free cloud storage. The rest who go for lower recharges get 5 GB free as a trial. The cloud storage option comes bundled with postpaid plans of ₹349, ₹449, ₹649, ₹749, and ₹1549. Moreover, Jio is providing 50 GB of free cloud storage for a limited time as a promotional offer for customers of other telecom operators, according to its website.
How to Access Jio Cloud Storage?
To access Jio Cloud Storage, do the following:
- Download the Jio Cloud app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Log in with your Jio number.
- Tap on the upload button and choose files to save to the cloud.
- Or, use Jio Cloud on a computer through the Jio Cloud website.
For Google Drive users with limited storage space, Jio Cloud has an alternative for freeing up space by transferring large files.
