Anant Ambani, aged 29 and the youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, is walking on a spiritual journey (padayatra) from Jamnagar, Gujarat, to the sacred town of Dwarka, the home of Lord Krishna.
He began the 170-kilometer trek on 29 March, traversing around 20 kilometers per day. Anant walks mostly at night, taking almost seven hours walking and interacting with people along the way. Locals also accompany him during this spiritual march. People approach him for pictures, which display their support and curiosity.
In addition to his padayatra, Anant also recites Hanuman Chalisa, Sundarakanda, and Devi Stotras every day. He is expected to reach Dwarka on April 8, two days before his 30th birthday.
