PM Modi Inaugurates New Indian Consulate In France, Strengthens Bilateral Ties

At Marseille, France, the Prime Minister of India and the President of France, together, were honored to the inauguration of the new Indian Consulate in Marseille. In the preamble, both leaders showed their respect and the humility of Indian braves who died in World War I by paying homage to the Indian soldiers. A war memorial, which was erected by the French government in the region of Marseille, is a reminder of these courageous people who are currently saved by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC).

After the PM's ceremonial address, Ministry of the Prime Minister was quoted as `(from the PMO's side) "We have held discussions with India and France. We covered a wide variety of topics, including strengthening bilateral relations, international cooperation, and solving regional problems." Both sides also agreed to improve cooperation in key areas of technology, defense, civil nuclear energy, space exploration, and some others.

PM Modi Co-Chairs AI Summit in Paris

Aside from his activities, the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, was the co-chairman of the Artificial Intelligence Action Committee in Paris. The summit was directed by the Prime Minister and the host of the meeting was the Ministry of Defense. The prime minister spoke mainly to the cabinet government, and some of the people in the computer engineering industry were the attendees. He was especially particular about the AI related issue and how it would affect the future of the tech world.
